Been here for 2 months now for a long term stay. I have literally no complaints the staff are amazing and am constantly greeted with a smile and they know how to handle business. Shout out to Luma and Sophia for their amazing customer service.
Miss Eunice and Miss Sophia are amazing. They give a personal touch and are so friendly. A real pleasure to talk too. Miss Luna at night is amazing too. Rooms bigger then most extended stays
Sophia at the front desk was the most helpful. Overall the air quality is not good in the rooms but for the price I can’t complain. Also lobe the location with it being near a lot of grocery stores (Costco, Trader Joe’s, Aldi)

Ms.Sophia made my stay very comfortable whatever I needed she made sure to help the best way she could , the rooms are very spacious well kept and neat
Love the extended stay and I loved the staff, especially Mrs Sophia and Mrs unice. They welcome us with love and supported us throughout our whole stay. Everything was clean from the hotel to the room. The staff was friendly and respectful.
I honestly am not a huge fan of hotels. But I must say Ms. Sophia and the manager have truly been a huge blessing to me and my children! I was going through such a difficult time and they went out of their way to help me with my situation. Always respectful and responsive! I do not have any complaints at all. Truly great people!
The staff at this Extended Stay location on Eli Whitney road deserve a lot of praise and appreciation. Special shout out to Ms Sophia and Ms Eunice. These ladies are a treasure to this establishment. Please promote them, treat them to some nice bonuses, paid trips or something. I'm so serious, they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is treated so well and happy. I hope management will read and see this, cherish your most valuable assets, your staff. I really mean this!
